When Sehun sees Lu Han at the airport, hair still gelled, eyes slightly droopy, eyebags covered up, and wearing his performance jacket from the day before, he then knows that his hyung hadn't had enough sleep again. Sehun thinks that he probably just crawled into bed after their schedules and immediately fell asleep. Because Lu Han's like that. When he's tired, he doesn't care about appearances anymore, he just wants his rest.
Sehun just misses him even more then. Because he wants to take care of Lu Han, wants to be the one to gently wake him up before he goes off into dreamland to tell him that not even his babyface is safe from wrinkles and pimples if he doesn't wash his make-up off before bedtime. He wants to be the one to be that person and it makes him sad that he isn't able to do that anymore, especially these days.
Because even if they are promoting in the same country, like how they were currently in China, they still barely even see each other, except during the actual schedule. And then they're rushed off to different schedules because Sehun is in EXO-K and Lu Han is in EXO-M.
So when Sehun sees him at the airport, tired, he just wants to reach out to tell Lu Han that he is here, he's around, and that he's looking out for him, even if it's from afar.
And when Lu Han reaches out to him, their hands touching, it reminds Sehun that Lu Han knows that he is there, that he's around and that he's looking out for him. Exactly the way that Lu Han looks out for Sehun.
